I worked as Stage Manager on The Juggernaut at Barons Court Theatre, produced by Off the Cuff, during its August run. The production involved multiple directors and a collaborative creative structure, requiring clear communication and careful coordination to maintain consistency and focus throughout the rehearsal and performance process.

A key responsibility was overseeing rehearsals and performances involving stage combat with knives. I worked closely with the directors and performers to ensure choreography was clearly documented, safely maintained, and consistently executed, prioritising performer safety at all times.

By coordinating schedules, rehearsals, and technical requirements across a multi-director team, I supported a smooth working process and ensured the production ran efficiently. This role highlights my ability to manage complex interpersonal dynamics, maintain rigorous safety standards, and provide steady organisational leadership within a high-risk performance environment.
