The Summer Opera Festival is an international festival presenting operatic works to a mixed audience of enthusiasts and general visitors, staged in a temporary historic venue. The 2023 repertoire included Cavalleria Rusticana, L’enfant et les sortilèges, The Bartered Bride and Un ballo in maschera.

As Stage Manager, I ran three operas in repertory with fast turnarounds, coordinating multiple casts and crews to ensure smooth, consistent performances. I resolved infrastructure and technical challenges in a temporary venue, providing practical solutions while maintaining the artistic integrity of each production.

This role required high-level organisation, adaptability, and clear communication with international teams, balancing logistical complexities with precise stage management to deliver seamless performances across the festival run.
