Bread Boy is a new musical developed and performed by a youth company, presented to family and general audiences. The production combined contemporary storytelling with a strong emphasis on training and professional practice for emerging performers.

As Deputy Stage Manager, I mentored a youth cast with professionalism, adaptability, and clear communication, supporting both performance standards and personal development. I maintained the quality and consistency of the show despite ongoing technical issues, relying on clear, detailed paperwork and calm problem-solving to ensure smooth performances.

This role required patience, strong organisational skills, and an ability to balance high artistic standards with a supportive, educational working environment, contributing to a positive and professional rehearsal and performance process throughout the run.
