The New Writing Season comprised twelve original productions presented across four blocks of three shows, staged with limited staffing and tight production schedules. The season showcased emerging writers and creative teams, requiring efficient planning and flexible delivery.

As Production Manager, I oversaw the coordination and delivery of all twelve productions, working within restricted resources to ensure the project was completed on time and on budget. I managed schedules, technical resources, and staffing across the four production blocks, maintaining consistency and supporting multiple creative teams simultaneously.

This role demanded strong organisational skills, budget awareness, and clear communication, alongside the ability to prioritise effectively and adapt to changing demands. Through careful planning and collaborative working, I helped deliver a successful and professionally run season of new work.
