Dick Whittington is a family-oriented pantomime performed for audiences of all ages, featuring a large youth company and ensemble cast.

As Company Stage Manager, I delivered the show on time despite a restricted rehearsal schedule, ensuring all scenes and cues ran smoothly. I also supported the chaperone team, helping safeguard the youth company and maintaining a safe and well-organised backstage environment.

This role required flexibility, careful planning, and strong communication skills to balance production demands with the wellbeing of young performers, contributing to consistent, high-quality performances throughout the run.
