Silent Houses is a contemporary theatre production presented in an intimate fringe venue, requiring detailed technical integration within a tight production schedule.

As Technical Stage Manager, I built a complex QLab sound design at short notice, integrating precise cueing and sound transitions to support the narrative and performance style. I delivered the full technical setup ahead of schedule, allowing the creative team additional time to refine and rehearse the production.

This role required strong technical proficiency, efficient time management, and clear communication, ensuring the production was delivered smoothly and to a professional standard within a limited timeframe.
